- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

- Identification of the infringing material and its location on YouForrte.

- Sufficient contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Repeat Infringers: We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.

4. Counter-Notice: If your content has been removed due to a copyright infringement notice and you believe it was done in error or you have the necessary rights to the content, you may submit a counter-notice to have the content reinstated.
